The primary hyperparatyroidismen characterized in that the relationship between fysiologiskak ionized calcium and PTH secretion is right-shifted, appendix pain i.e. the patient regulates its calcium appendix pain at a higher appendix pain level than normal. This is probably due to a clone head or voice for getting appendix pain calcium receptors so that they can not read the correct concentration of ionized calcium.
Often detected hypercalcaemia a Passent when samples are taken for other reasons (see hypercalcemia in PM for kemlab). Today 90% of asymptomatic phpt (3). The most classic symptoms are moans (moans due to constipation), appendix pain groans (grunts due to depression), stones (kidney stones) and bones (bone pain).
The skeletal disorders in which bone pain can occur. Many have / may osteopenia or osteoporosis, and in the late stages may osteitis fibrosa cystica occur. Usually there is a clear improvement in bone mineral density within the first 1-2 years after surgery (2). After 10-15 years of conservative treatment of PHPT seen skeletal effects in large studies (2). Fracture risk is likely to be reduced after surgery regardless of bone density (2).
Cardiovascular effects of hypertension (surgery reverses not hypertension), arrhythmia, ventricular hypertrophy, and panning
