In a new study undersktes 122 healthy postmenopausal women who all had vitamin D Niver below 50 nmol / L Of the women who had osteopenia synthesis significantly lower vitamin D Niver compared with the women with normal bone structure. 60 percent of patients had lower calcium intake n the recommended intake, which is not affected as much as Vitamin D deficiencies.
