Noticed a "REVALID TO: 10OCT2012" date on my k-1 visa today. I've been in the US since August 16, 2012. Visa was issued through Montreal. Can anyone tell me what this revalid date is? From what I know, 'revalid' isn't even a real word!

It means that your original validity granted by the I-129f expired, probably before bmi you even got the visa, so it was automatically extended. Your actual K-1 is supposed to be valid for a 6 month period of time, which means you needed to use it for your entry to the US within those 6 months. Once you use it, it is 'used-up' so the re-validation date is no longer applicable..
If it is important for your package to get where it needs to be, use any other carrier.  UPS is incapable of delivering your package on time.  For your own peace of mind and well being, DO NOT USE UPS. Another Member of the VJ Fluffy Kitty Posse! Back to top
